Sidelite

Any sized sidelite can be made to accompany any opening. By adding a sidelite to either one or both sides, you can match glass designs and allow more light in your home. Southfield’s wide range of styles, colors, and glass options can take your door to a whole new level.

Double/Garden

What’s the difference? A double door (often referred to as a “French Door”) opens in the middle with one active panel and one stationary panel which can be opened by disengaging an upper and lower pin. A garden door is similar in that it consists of two panels, where only one of them is active and the other stationary.

Screens can also be added for maximum ventilation. Most common glass designs on these doors are clear or frosted for privacy. Internal mini blind units and venting glass units are also popular. Factory painting and staining are optional, and we can even color match!

Transom/Custom

A transom is a horizontal unit that can be added to accommodate the height and allow even more light in. Transoms range from many different shapes and styles, such as rectangles or arches. Custom units can also be made to accompany any structural design or desired look.
